My recent work below and current medium - acrylic and watercolors
Acrylic - using a combination Golden Open and regular Golden Acrylic paints
Silk Paintings - using Dupont French Dyes on 8mm Habotai silk. Upon steam-setting the dye color, the silk painting is mounted and sealed onto canvas using Golden Gel medium and varnished with a low-luster matte clear coat.
Mixed Media - silk paintings combined with oil or acrylic
Oil - using Liquitex Water Soluble and Traditional oils
*All my original paintings have a protective, varnish coats in low luster. Hangers at back side, paintings are ready to hang.

One late fall day while waiting in the truck with my routine of bringing along my drawing book and pencils, my husband was scoping out a dry, dead tree to cut down for firewood. Sitting here surrounded by nature with these wonderful, tall, majestic trees, and sketching—a perfect day begins to emerge.
